Exercise and RSI.
Around three years ago i started noticing some pain and soreness in my left wrist. It would hurt a little bit all the time, even when i wasn't typing (actually, i would only notice it when i wasn't typing). I started to get worried when i noticed that the pain had persisted for a few months.
Then i started taking modern dance classes, and the pain magically went away. I thanked my lucky stars and promptly forgot about it.
I stopped taking dance technique classes this spring, and got involved in a performance. The performance is now over and i haven't done anything dance-related in a couple of months.
My left wrist is starting to hurt again. Coincidence? I think not...
