I've been meaning to learn more about design for some time, and a few days ago i caved and spent a while shopping on Amazon. An orgy of design books arrived today. I'm thrilled to finally have my own copy of Bringhurst. As for the others, i hope they turn out to be good. The Amazon reviews were pretty positive.
Though i feel i have a pretty good technical understanding of colour, my artistic understanding of colour is very weak. Perhaps the Itten will help. If you have any other suggestions, i'm all ears.
Buying non-work books to read seems like such a naughty indulgence. :)
